Pending refunds that haven't yet been taken from bank account

Hi! I am new to the community. I cancelled two ebay transactions and the sellers issued refunds. The two pending refunds on my account have not yet been posted or taken from my bank account. Will these just be cancelled and never hit my bank account or Will these be taken out of my bank then refunded back to me? Thanks for any assistance!

If you don't use PAD then they will probably transfer to paypal > back to your bank account.
