I have reached out to customer service multiple times regarding my issue. I just sold an item online and the money came through Paypal. After it came through, Paypal took 15% of my money without providing the reason why. The name of those two include fee and Partner Fee.
According to the customer service that I've chatted with, she/he mentioned that Paypal only took 2.9% + 0.3 USD of the transaction and the rest is "direct marketting" (exact words) I've followed up to ask her/him to elaborate with multiple questions. Customer service did not respond to me for 10 minutes and then responded me with "It looks like you stepped away from our conversation."
I was so confused. I did not step away? She/he stepped away without helping me resolve the issue or answer my questions. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Not only Paypal is not helping me resolve the issue but hiding away from the questions that I am asking to explain what is going on.
