Paypal payment not showing in my account but they have sent me photo of transaction

Double check the email address they sent the funds to and make sure there isn't a spelling error.

Was it in another currency or sterling?

Have you verified your paypal email address?

What does it say next to the transaction in the SENDERS paypal account ie pending / unclaimed (with or without a cancel option) or completed?
