So, I paid a friend and it was "pending" for hours so I paid him again using facebook pay and the funds went through. Paypal then deducted the original attempt so I paid twice. How do I get my money returned? TIA

When your friend gets the second payment he can then refund it again.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
