Paypal Denying Adobe charges?

Hello! 

 

I hope someone can help me with this issue! :)) 

I am using my Paypal account to pay for my Adobe Creative Cloud plan, and have had no problems with the monthly payments being charged to my bank account. However, my payment for February is currently "pending" and I have not received any new charges since. I got in contact with Adobe, who told me that Paypal has been rejecting/denying the transactions. Can anyone help me with solving this mystery? 

 

btw, I cannot change my payment information, since Adobe doesn't support the type of debit card I have!

Any resolution to this?

I just an hour with Adobe trying to fix and they say it isn't them and to pay another way.
