I'm sorry to hear that you can't find your money. Is it a received payment? If so, does it show in your transaction history as received, or does it not show at all? Is it in your available or pending balance? Were there any payments made from your account after the payment was received?
These questions may help you begin to track down the money. If they do not, please provide a little more detail about the situation so the community can assist.
