I tried to make a payment to someone for services provided, and when I go from their website to paypal to confirm the payment, it loads me to the Summary screen rather than to the check out page with my payment details etc. Anyone have any suggestions as to why this is occuring?
Welcome to the PayPal Community Help Forum! This kind of issue sounds like it may be originating from the merchant's site or possibly just a browser related issues. Try clearing your browser's history, cache, and cookies. If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend reaching out directly to the merchant for further assistance.
