Hi! I got this message as soon as I placed my order:
"Regulations require us to take a closer look at some transactions. Your payment is temporarily pending while we review it."
I have been using PayPal for most of my online transactions and this is the first time I ever encountered such. How long 'til PayPal "reviews" the transaction? I need the payment to get through as it was for a birthday gift. Any ideas?
