Payment denied

Hi I encountered a problem while doing payment. It stated that my funding source is not accepted. Does anyone know what might caused it?

I'm using my debit card. I have no problem doing online transactions but when it's via PayPal, it says that my card is not accepted. I think I'm using a standard PayPal account.
