Payment Receipt

Afternoon

Im not sure if this can be done but I when someone sends me money it sends a receipt with my name on.  Is there a way of changing it to show just my email address?

No, there isn't. The name is shown so both parties know who they sent money to. It doesn't show shipping address unless shipping is required.
