I received payment with PENDING status for more than 30 days now. What is going on? Can someone help me? The person who sent them via card was already charged but it still says PENDING on my account. Help.
The person who paid you needs to confirm he received the good on his end. This can only be done once he logs in to his account through a browser ( NOT the paypal app) and go to his transaction and press confirm receiving goods
thank you for the reply! the thing is this payment is done via REQUEST PAYMENT and we never had this problem before. does it still apply for request payments
