Hi I bought an item from my card didn't arrived i want refund that online company say we are protected by PayPal payment protection scheme ask PayPal to refund you now I don't have any transaction in PayPal how I claim that refund from PayPal when I paid through my credit card thanks
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
