I'm new with Pay Pal credit, I made a purchase of $132.23 for a guitar that I then cancelled within the hour because of something that I notice then that I didn't notice before I purchased it. the seller supposedly Refunded the Money. but when I went to do another purchase it was denied because it only showed $117.77 available credit. so it couldn't process my transaction. I don't know what to do? it's been a couple of days since this transaction.
