I have received a payment before i confirmed my email address, and after i confirmed my email address, there is nothing to be found. Is there something I should be doing?
How can i tell it's false and not a delay on Paypal's part? The email states that this person sent you X USD, If you haven't confirmed your email address with us yet, you won't see the money in your account until you do. When that's done, the money will show up in your PayPal account and you'll be able to see the complete payment details. (It sometimes takes a few minutes.)

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your Thai paypal account?
If your email was not verified then the sender may have had the option to cancel on their side so check with them if it says completed / pending or unclaimed and if so is there a cancel option and did they use it?
