hello , could pls someone told me what to do paypay took my from my account under authorization, but order didnt go through, so now i need my money back, paypay told me i should ask my merchant to cancel the order, my merchant told that order didnt go through even snd there is nothing to cancel so i must ask oaypay to reverse my money. COULD YOU PLS HELP I AM DESPERATE NOW .how i can bring my money back

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
