Hello, I have one query currently nobody could able to transfer money to my account when somebody tries to transfer some amount the sender gets this error message that "Payment Declined Error" and sender told me to increase my receiving limit which I don't understand why this happening? Please solve my problem as soon as possible, I need to receive some amount from the sender and currently, I am stuck. Please let me know. Thanks Anshuman Pattnaik
Did you link bank/credit card to verify your account to lift limits? And PayPal India accounts cannot receive personal payments. They have to be for goods and services.
