I sold an item on eBay but the item was lost by the courier so the buyer opened a return request and I sent a refund on the 9th of Oct. It is now the 12th and I was emailed that the transaction had failed so I'd have to try and refund them again. I did so through eBay and it looks like it has gone through finally, after checking my bank account. However, I now have a negative balance of £208ish on PayPal. What can I do to get rid of this?
