Hello, I have recently won $10.50 on an app called 'Lucky Day' and received an email that the money will be transferred into my paypal account within 2-3 days.I didn't receive the money into my account although they sent an email stating that the money had been transferred into my account.Seeing this made me check through forums and I found out that my email had not been verified and the money may not be transferred. I now then validated my email and still haven't obtained the money after about 4days. I have entered correct email address.Any help please?

I would recommend reaching out to the merchant to see if they cancelled the payment or if the funds were returned to them by PayPal. This may happen if an email address is unconfirmed on our system.
