Missing payment

My uncle had sent me $20 an I haven’t received anything.. my main email I had forgotten the password to and never confirmed it so I deleted that one and made a different one my primary how do I confirm the new one??

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Did your uncle send it to the old email or new email address? If he had sent it to the old email address, there's a possibility its still unclaimed. Your uncle should have an option to cancel the payment on their end if that's the case.
