Hi, I tried to purchase from a credible supplier online for which I made the payment through paypal. But the supplier's system rejected my payment citing security risk. They also refunded the amount to the Paypal and asked me to contact paypal for knowing why is there a security risk. I have no idea how to contact the Paypal customer service as to know why is the supplier system is classifying paypal payment as potential security threat, even though their site provides the Paypal payment option. There is no live chat service at paypal. and no email support for paypal. No susch enquiry option at the Paypal resolution centre.
How am I supposed to know the reason for the refund?
