Item shipped after receiving refund

Hello, recently a case was closed by PayPal in my favor. I was refunded what I paid for an item that was never received. The seller never responded to any contact attempts by me or PayPal.  The money was refunded into my bank account on 12/5/19. On 12/7/19 I received notification from the seller that my item has now shipped. Do I have any responsibility for action at this point?

Personally i would refuse delivery so its returned back to the seller OR if i wanted to keep the item then i would just pay the seller again.
