I'm facing this issue: "your order has been failed please review and try again later paypal"

Hi,

Yesterday I opened an account in PayPal and linked it with my Visa Card,

Every time I try to pay for beinsports channel I get this message:

"your order has been failed please review and try again later paypal."

So what does this mean? how to solve this issue?

I have the money in my Visa which is linked to the PayPal account, as far as I know I can buy in this case even that the money don't appear in PayPal.. right?
