I've been trying to receive a payment but it tells the other person that "I can't accept payments right now'. How can I get the money? Even if i try to send money to a friend from Colombia, it also says that the person cannot accept payments. And i don't even see the option of good and services. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? thanks. I have a personal account.
