I can't cancel a payment

There's nowhere on my Activity screen that gives me the option to cancel.

If you do not have any option to cancel the payment,it means it is already claimed. In this case, you will have to contact the receiver of the money and request him for a refund. 

 

If the receiver of the money is not responding you, you can file a dispute only if you have initiated the payment through Good & Services. You will not be able to file a dispute for personal payments (Friends & Family).
