I just bough an item from Kenneth Cole. Checked out via PayPal, the total amount shown to be charged was $26.95. But after the PayPal process has been completed, I see the merchant has charged me $39.95. That's quite a difference... and not one I would be willing to pay. Can anyone tell me how this could have happened? I'm attaching a screenshot to prove my PP transaction was only for $26.95. Thanks for clearing up any confusion.
