Hello. I'm making big purchase and asked the seller to send me a request through Goods and services so I can be protected. Looking at various older transaction, they don't show how it was sent. So how can I tell if a merchant sent a money request by goods and services so I can be protected? Will I receive a special invoice through paypal showing that it's for goods and services before I make the payment?
