Hey! My friend sent a payment, but he meant to send it as friends and family, and since I have a store I have no way to actually cancel it, I just want to cancel the payment so he can send it as friends and family. Is there a way for me to refund it or just cancel it all together? He tried cancelling from his side and I tried to cancel from mine but we can't figure it out, any help appreciated.
