Help payment on hold

I bought a shoe from Nike.com a few hours back and the money are still on hold i need to solve this quick so i can have the shoes by Tuesday.

I had money on my balance for the payments. what is going on. i need to solve this quick.

When buying off a merchant it is normal for the payment to be "Pending" until the merchant captures payment. The merchant can process your order asap and can still capture the payment a little later as they might do it in batches or groups. PayPal can't capture payment for merchant, they have to do it so it is all in the merchant's hands now.

If it says "On Hold", it could be a PayPal review of the payment then which is weird term for the situation. Usually, the payment would be marked "Pending" if buying from a merchant.
