MY BUSINESS IS IN TOWING AND RECOVERY I PULL PEOPLE OUT OF THE MUD AND OTHER WINCHING SITUATIONS I DO NOT SELL ITEMS I SELL A SERVICE A ONSITE SERVICE SO WHEN I SEND A INVOICE TO MY CUSTOMER AND THEY PAY IT MY FUNDS GET PLACED ON HOLD AND SAYS I NEED TO SHOW PROOF I SENT THE PACKAGE HOW DO YOU POSSIBLY DO THAT WHEN NOTHING WAS OR EVER WAS TO BE SHIPPED I DID A JOB I COMPLETED THAT JOB MY CUSTOMER PAID NOW I WANT MY MONEY WHAT DO I DO

Seems like the only way is to make PayPal buttons and export as links to send to customers email address because as you make the button there is an option to disable shipping address. I am not sure if there is a way for the customer when paying invoices to select No Address Needed like there is when sending payment via Send & Request. Another option is after performing your work, to click "Add Tracking" to update the Order Status to Order Processed or Service Rendered and ask the customer to confirm, if they don't the funds won't get released until the full 21 days.

Thanks now how does my customer input their credit card info when paying it asks for first and last name but it as a company card with the name all running together like dealease INC they put it in one box it says last name required there is no last name
