So I have two questions that I would absolutely love some help with.
Firstly, I attempted to send money to someone but I had to cancel that transaction as soon as it was created. The money was still pulled out of my bank account and I'm not sure what to do to get it back.
Secondly, I tried another transaction to the exact same person but now they're saying that the money is on hold? How am I able to resolve this
When you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to your funding source (if you paid from your bank account or with a card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from that balance), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
As you haven't said whether its pending on your account / the sellers account / both accounts / or what it says next to the transaction in your account then can't answer second part.
