Trying to do facebook payment using my Paypal account but it doesn't work.
We have removed the payment method and try to add it again. Prompt message '' Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time''.
Please advise urgently.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
