hi i want to pay on ebay with my paypal account. when im going to pay and opens paypal it says add bank or credit card. but i have already my bank account in paypal confirmed. and i have also made another purchase with paypal on other site.

Seller's have the option to choose payment preferences when accepting funds through PayPal. If a seller stipulates theywill only accept card payments then you will be requested to add a credit/debit card to your PayPal account upon checkout.
