E-cheque problems

Hello, does anyone know what I can do if an e-cheque has not cleared after 10 days? There doesn't seem to be any response from Paypal customer services, after three days of asking for help from them via their message centre. Many thanks!

Hi @Timu1,

Welcome to our community!

"E-check"  exactly as normal check, needs to be cleared from the bank of the sender. Until the bank don't clear the payment the funds won't appear on your balance.

Usually we provide an expected clearing date, but that date is only a presumed date, in the reality it may take few more days for the payment to be cleared.

You can check the expected clearing date on the transaction details.
