My current phone number must have been someone else's many years ago. Today, thisperson has my phone number listed on his paypal account that has not been active for some time. A friend of mine sent money to my phone number and it went to his account even though my phone number is listed on my account. I have no way of getting a hold of this person. Any suggestions?
