Direct deposit

I probably wont get a response my paycheck gets direct deposit late on friday but my other half gets put on amex serve account night before why do you say 2 days faster when its late on the day payday. Dont say it whens funds are sent. Because i have split account and my amex serve gets put in Thursday night at 1030.

I'm sorry to hear of the frustration the direct deposit process has caused. 

The money is available as soon as the funds are electronically deposited. Regrettably, we cannot give access to the money until this happens.
