Completed Refund To Credit Card That is Now Inactive, Refund Not Showing in My Account

Hello,

So I was recently notified that I was getting a refund on an order that got cancelled by the seller yesterday. I cancelled my card on the 17th. I had no idea that I was being issued a refund. Paypal says that my refund has been "Completed"; however, it isn't showing up on my balance and I just want to know if I'll get my money back on my new card or as a balance on Paypal.

Refunds go back to the card used to pay. If i were you i would contact the card issuer and see if they can recover it for you.
