hi. i purchased sporting goods to the value of £161 over a week ago,seller said he would send next day special delivery,nothing arrived and he wont respond to my or free adds emails. free adds have banned him from there site, now, and sent me this email, how do i get my money back, paypal says i can escalate my case how do i do that ?

The seller is suspended from Freeads now, pending his response to my request or (as seen in his messages), a refund to you.
Please request an immediate refund for non receipt via PayPal.
You can also report this via 101 or by contacting your local police station, which i recommend you do for the purpose of a crime reference number.
