I was doing an online purchase with Samsung using PayPal. I hit go and then realized the order wasn't right and cancelled it. I cancelled online within 10 mins and then called the 800# to see if the charge had already gone through. She said PayPal had already been charged and that she'd manually request the refund. She said it would happen within 24 hours.
The charge doesn't show up in my PayPal "Activity".
- Did I cancel it fast enough that it never got to PayPal?
- Does Activity not update quickly? (It's been about an hour now.)
- Did the charge somehow hit my bank account but not show up in Activity?
I'm trying to decide if I should fix the order and buy it now or wait until tomorrow when the charge is reversed from my bank account.
