I have made purchases as recently as three days ago. Now, everywhere I try to use it and it IS connected directly to my bank account I get an error that says: "this merchant doesn't accept this card". Not true because I have called Customer Service to make sure they did and they do. So, it's a PayPal issue. Anyway, after that message, I am prompted for a credit card. If I had a credit card I could use I wouldn't be going through PayPal. So, my Pay Pal account is unusable. I have tried calling them only to get a message saying "Customer Service representatives can not take your call right now" and I have tried messaging them and it's the same thing. Anyone know what is going on? I am disabled and kinda rely on PayPal to get food and stuff. I'd literally pay anyone to fix this for me, ASAP.
