Can’t make another payment for Beinsport

I made payment for 150$ to renew my subscription for Beinsports channels and now i am trying to renew my other subscription and there is money in my paypal account but it gives me this message”Sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment or set up preapproved payments at this time.”
