Business Paypal Account and Receiving EFT Payments

I currently operate as a sole proprietorship and my biggest client is asking if I can receive EFT payments to my bank. They claim a personal bank account cant, although they're double checking, so I'm wondering if a PayPal business account can.

If you can't get a PayPal Cash card with your PayPal business account then Direct Deposit can't be done with your client.
