I was asked to buy a $200 Amazon gift card in order to upgrade my PayPal account to a business account. I cannot recieve my $ until I upgrade apparently. All this is throught email, I have not seen anything pending on my PayPal app. Then after I purchase the gift card, I have to take a picture of it and send it to the "customer service rep" from PayPal. Then I will recieve $290? (My $200 back, the $40 for the item the people wanted, and an additional $50 from paypal) is this a scam?
