Some one please help, I am newbie in paypal, and i had just created my account 1 week ago, i tried to send some $ to my friend, but my account was limitted, $ had sent, bank account has alrd minus $, and after that my friend refund $
Now my account is removed limitation, but still not receive the $ was refunded. I just want to know when these $ can be back, and how about the fee? i will get back $ with the fee i paid ? or fee was lost from transaction time ??
