why no details of transaction in my paypal activities ??

biggish transaction €440 ,sold via ebay.es ,customer paid me and i received the money less paypal commissions direct to my bank account !!  I cannot find any record of this sale or payments in my PayPal activities online ???? how does this work now ? is paypal dead in the water and just doing silent transactions like Bizum or the like ??  I cant find an answer  🙄

Thanks for the post.

It sounds like you may be part of the eBay Managed Payments program. If you are enrolled in the program, eBay will transfer your payment to your bank account instead of your PayPal account. I recommend contacting eBay to learn more about the program and to see if you are enrolled. If you're not enrolled, then you'll want to make sure the confirmed email addresses on your PayPal and eBay accounts match. If they do not match, the accounts will be unable to link.
