I have tried to cancel an automatic payment in my account (under the Cog- pre manage automatic payments etc) but it doesnt allow me to cancel it. Its for a subscription which will be permanent in 14 dfays time. Cant get any sense out the auto message centre or the Online chat as they appear to both be comoputer generated. Very frsutrating. Tried calling and they said they are inundated with calls - Please can someone advise.
