Hi, I was meant to buy an online good from a private person via paypal but i never got my product after paying. Is there any chance I will get a refund? The seller is ignoring me and refuses to talk with me. I havae proof that i have been talking about the purchase by sending the seller a screenshot of the receipt and all.
