refunding part postage - HOW?

I wasn't able to "combine postage" before posting parcel, I'd like to refund part of postage to buyer but can't see on HELP how to do this

Click on the transaction concerned in your activity page, click Refund this payment button and enter amount to be refunded. You'll also get the chance to review the refund before finalizing it.
