I recently made a payment through PayPal but I put in the wrong email ( spelt the email wrong ). Each payment was £10 and I resent the money to the right email and the payment went through, however, £20 was taken from my account. I tried to refund but everywhere says to either go to the history subtab to issue a refund or go to activity, click on the transaction and then click on issue refund but it doesn't appear when I select to transaction as well as I can't find the history subtab. I was wondering if anyone had any information for me on how to make a proper refund
