Hi I have refunds from the 16th of July which are not being paid to my account. I have 7 outstanding refunds. Nobody is answering when I send messages and they are telling me to speak to my bank. The bank say they are receiver agents and nothing has been sent for them to receive. I have 7 refunds from the 16th of june. I have called paypal but nobody takes the call and the automated service only lists my refunds. i have sent numerous messages. I have been using paypal for many years and just assumed my refunds are credited to me in the past. But now I see even 2 months later they are not being credited to my account. I have lost faith in paypal completely. Are they cheating us by keeping our money? what can we do?
