Hi I recently closed a PayPal account and opened a new one. I have been refunded for goods to my closed account by an eBay seller. Does anyone know what happens in this case? Will the funds bounce back to the seller? I've tried contacting the seller but not having any luck. Can anyone help me? Thanks

If you funded the payment to the seller via a card or bank account and the seller used the 'refund' option and not 'send money' option then it will automatically go back to a card or bank account and not your paypal balance.
